Obama Campaign: ‘Why The Hell Did Romney Pick This Guy?’

Per Breitbart.com:

This evening, the Obama campaign sent out its most desperate fundraising email yet. Following in the footsteps of their other emails cursing out Americans (e.g. “Let’s win the damn election”), and tweets deriding Obamacare opponents as “motherf***ers,” now the Obama campaign is spluttering mad over the Paul Ryan pick by the Romney campaign.

“Why the hell” would Romney pick Ryan? Perhaps because Ryan is the intellectual leader of the fiscally-conscious conservative movement. Maybe because Ryan has stood up to the president face-to-face, and dismantled his entire Obamacare agenda within a 6-minute speech. Or maybe it’s that he’s from a swing state, is highly articulate, brings Tea Party credibility, wins a huge percentage of his district’s vote every single election cycle, and will run rings around Joe Biden. There is not a sane political analyst in America who wonders “why the hell” Romney picked Ryan.

Attack on Allen West

I saw this and had to post it. Not because I want to give it publicity, but because I want you to see the tactics of the Obama-inspired left. This ad is beyond the pale. In fact, Allen West has responded to it in no uncertain terms:

I spent my life in uniform fighting for our great nation and protecting all Americans. The ad being run against me by my opponent’s family depicting violence against women and senior citizens is reprehensible. It plays on stereotypes and fear to divide Americans, and it cheapens the very real and tragic occurrences of violence against women and seniors. The American people are suffering from crushing debt, horrific tax and regulatory policies, and epic unemployment. This classless ad shows a lack of regard for the issues plaguing our nation. This ad reflects the sad state of politics in our Republic with those who seek to destroy a person’s character to cover for their lack of intellectual ability and integrity.

Andrew Breitbart believed that we were in a cultural battle for the soul of our country. He was right!

Hat Tip: Hot Air

What about Breitbart?

What is it about Andrew Breitbart that so intrigued us? Why was he able to transcend the politics of the day, yet be relevant to any conversation going on today?

Andrew was talking to a much higher purpose than, for example, the GOP nomination. He was focused on something larger that was more relevant to the conversation amongst conservatives than just an election.

What was it? I have my ideas and I will continue to delve into them.

Sarah Palin’s coming-out speech

Sarah Palin delivered a blistering speech to the Madison Tea Party today. I wish to hell I could have been there. She took on Obama, the “Republican establishment”, the unions, and everyone else that is standing in the way of returning this great country to its Constitutional roots.

Although she didn’t announce anything related to a Presidential run, this speech was as close to a campaign speech as any I’ve seen. She puts Donald Trump to shame by taking on Obama’s policies directly and didn’t resort to any “birther” comments that Trump seems so infatuated with.

If Sarah announces a run for the Presidency, I’m all in.
